Sony closing down their Connect digital music store

Well...Sony, which has been well-known for its Walkman series in music domain, gave up its own music store-Connect and its own file format - ATRAC in the long run and instead, it is trying to make partnership with MS to focus on mp3p itself. I think it would be not so easy for big device maker like Sony to deal with digital music. In this context, Apple is terrific... they already went beyond some limitation of hardware-oriented perspective. What about Nokia? Its starting point seems not so impressive so far!
